return & exchange policy
patemm inc wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that all our products that leave our facility are carefully inspected and thoroughly checked for defects and damages prior to shipment to ensure that you receive the highest quality merchandise.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason and need to return or exchange a purchase, please read our return/exchange policy below. Any damages must be reported to us within 7 days of purchase for replacement. All returned damaged pieces will be thoroughly examined and items that do not meet our return qualifications will be sent back at the customer’s cost. Items that were purchased on sale - including sample pads (with an "S" on the main label on the front of the pad) purchased through our online outlet - cannot be returned or exchanged. ALL SALE ITEMS (INCLUDING SAMPLE PADS) ARE FINAL.

patemm inc reserves the right to deny any credit or exchange, if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet our company’s return policies. In such cases, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s cost. We strongly recommend shipping via UPS, FedEX, or Insured USPS so you can track and insure your package. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable. Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.

How do I make a return/exchange?
If for any reason you are not happy with your patemm® pad, please contact us within 7 days from receipt of shipment by emailing customerservice@patemm.com. Include your contact information (address, phone and email), the patemm® pad name/print being returned/exchanged as well as the original order number. Please indicate in the subject line of the email your specific request, i.e. 'return', 'exchange' or 'rush order'. patemm inc wants to provide the highest quality product; to help us do that, please indicate why you are returning our product.

All patemm® pads must be unused, in perfect sellable condition, and warning and care labels cannot be cut or removed and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Once we have received your patemm® pad, we will process your refund within 7 business days. If the item looks used or damaged we cannot issue a refund.

Returned packages must be shipped back to us Prepaid. We do not accept COD's or third party billing for returned merchandise. All returned patemm® pads are charged a $5 re-stock fee.

Please allow 1 billing cycle from the time returned package is received by patemm inc for it to show on your credit card statement/original form of payment. We will do our best to process your refund within 1-2 weeks of receipt of returned merchandise. However, please note that your banking institution may take up to another 2 weeks to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from patemm inc. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. If you are exchanging an item, please note that shipping charges to patemm inc as well as return shipping is paid by customer. Shipping on returned items in not refundable, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error made by patemm inc (e.g., wrong item/color). Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return/exchange. The customer pays all costs related to return shipping. We highly recommend that if you are returning/exchanging your patemm® pad, please try to re-use the same box/packaging it was sent. Here, at patemm, we encourage you to re-use and recycle our packaging materials.
